This is a handheld kaleidoscope by Chikako Ishida.  It is named after the fictional flying island from the book Gulliver's Travels, by Jonathan Swift.

This cube-shaped scope has a body of beautiful deep blue and green stained glass that has some depth to it so that it looks somewhat like water.  When you look into the eyepiece of this scope you see numerous multi-colored cubes and triangles with a dichroic sheen.  This scope measures 3.75" x 3.75" x 3.75"
